Went through this morning deleting and responding to a whole bunch of messages from the dating sites I belong to currently.
There was a fairly healthy mix. I had some kisses and some winks and then email contact, which required a little more attention response wise.
It's bizaare, despite putting up a fairly detailed criteria listing what I am after and what I most certainly am not looking for, in particular age-wise, people continue to ignore these things and get all dissapointed and/or crabby, when I politely inform them that they're a little out of my age range or I don't think we have all that much in common. I try not to use that excuse all that often, but if I'm on a dating website and have noted on my profile that I adore books and reading and someone who lists their favourite books as: 'I h8 reading. sumtimes i look at the newspaper.', contacts me 'Looking 4 a gd time', then my answer will more often than not be a resounding 'NO.'
